Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university preferably in Statistics, Economics, Finance or Business Administration,
At least 5 years of experience in Controlling, Financial Auditing or Financial Reporting,
Preferably having international company experience,
Proficiency in written and spoken English,
Preferably having SAP knowledge,
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications.

Support in calculating Long Term Rental-offers
Give individual interest rates for large tenders
Perform credit checks for new and regularly for existing customers for Long Term Rental
Check and approve rental contracts
Make entries/uploads to and maintain LISA
Make calculations of risks in contracts, e.g., for break clauses, and report them regularly
Responsible for standard forms for Long Term Rental (contracts, protocols…)
Create and maintain calculation scheme for Long Term Rental
Training of salesforce (argumentation for Long Term Rental, calculation, contracts, risks….)
Product Management for Long Term Rental (finance part)
Financially supervising and steering Long Term Rental-business (risks, chances, cash-impact)
