Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university preferably in Statistics, Economics, Finance or Business Administration,
  • At least 5 years of experience in Controlling, Financial Auditing or Financial Reporting,
  • Preferably having international company experience,
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English,
  • Preferably having SAP knowledge,
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications.

Job Description

  • Support in calculating Long Term Rental-offers
  • Give individual interest rates for large tenders
  • Perform credit checks for new and regularly for existing customers for Long Term Rental
  • Check and approve rental contracts
  • Make entries/uploads to and maintain LISA
  • Make calculations of risks in contracts, e.g., for break clauses, and report them regularly
  • Responsible for standard forms for Long Term Rental (contracts, protocols…)
  • Create and maintain calculation scheme for Long Term Rental
  • Training of salesforce (argumentation for Long Term Rental, calculation, contracts, risks….)
  • Product Management for Long Term Rental (finance part)
  • Financially supervising and steering Long Term Rental-business (risks, chances, cash-impact)
